What About Us

Empowering the FAP Community Through Advocacy and Innovation

The Life’s a Polyp Foundation is dedicated to transforming the landscape of care for individuals living with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) and related hereditary syndromes through a multifaceted advocacy strategy. At the heart of our mission is the push for improved screening and surveillance guidelines, ensuring that standardized, rigorous protocols are established to identify precancerous polyps at the earliest possible stage. We act as a vital catalyst for scientific progress by lobbying for increased research funding, specifically targeting the development of new chemopreventive therapies and precision medicines that can delay or prevent the need for major surgeries.
