Often present in FAP, including polyps of the stomach, duodenum and small intestine; and osteomas, dental abnormalities (supernumerary teeth, dental tumors, hypodontia, and odontomas), congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium (CHRPE), and soft tissue tumors including epidermoid cysts, fibromas and desmoid tumors.
